PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - OPTION 2
Is for those owner/resident clients that want to take the option 1 accounting package together with a basic management service.
Additional services that Options 2 will offer are as follows:
• To advise on items of repair and maintenance on a day to day basis
• To advise on insurance policies and arrange cover
• To organise contracts for the maintenance and supply of goods and services
• To deal with all enquires and reports, together with correspondence with tenants and owner
• To advise on items requiring consent from the owners/resident clients such as licenses and assignments
• To pay and discharge out of service charge funds outgoings for with the
owners/resident clients are responsible for items costing less than 2000CHF
• To visit the premises once a month to carry out a management inspection
We can also provide the following to any Options; Preparation of Company Accounts for audit purposes.
