10% charge for third party services (incl. negotiations for "best discounts")

General secretarial work and advice in connection with your property:
Main competences : correspondence with authorities, banks, taxes, telecoms, energy, insurances, etc.
Correspondenc e: handling and forwarding mail, letters, basic translations etc.
Billing management : supervision of bank account and incoming bills, monthly reporting
Housekeeping:cleaning and coordination of property management during your absence, supervision of functionality of repairs and services on all installations (water, heating, telephone) at any time during your absence, before your arrival and upon departure to/from Gstaad
Representation at condominium meetings, negotiations with the house administration
Preparation of sports and leisure equipment:at the beginning of each season (e.g. ski and snowboard service, bicycles, cars, etc.)
Staff service:ski guides, nannies, party service and other part- or full-time personnel
Event management:party organisation, cocktail events, dinner parties
Transfers:to and from the airport of your choice with your own car or by limousine
